Refund Policy
For all online sales, Diamant operates a 14-day return policy. (Cooling off period – EU legislation)
This period starts the day that you receive an email stating your order has been dispatched.
The 14-day cooling off period does not apply to all purchases.
‘Goods made to order or goods which are clearly personalised’ are an exemption to the cooling off return policy.
The cooling off period expires 14 days after the day you received your goods. If the cooling off period expires on a non-working day, your deadline is extended till the next working day.
This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. You have to include the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, Diamant will send you instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back without requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and other issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom made or personalised jewellery cannot be returned.
We cannot accept jewellery that has been worn or shows any signs of wear.
This refund policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Refunds
Diamant will notify you once the item you have returned has been received and inspected.
If a refund is approved, you will be refunded via your original payment method.
